Mr. Andi Kasman was born in Mare-Kabupaten Bone. He graduated from the Bachelor Program of Business Management in the Faculty of Economy, University of Hassanuddin, the Magister Program of Bussines Management in IPWI School of Economic, and the Doctoral Program in Public Administration in the University of Padjadjaran. Throughout his career at ANRI, he served as Director of Archives Central Insitutions (2007), Director of Archives Accreditation and Profession (2008), Head of Center for Research and Development of Archival System (2009), Inspector of Institution (2011), and Deputy of Archival Capability Development (2013). In 2021, he was assigned as Deputy of Information and Development of Archival System. He is one of the initiators of archivist performance base evaluation national system. Awards that have been achieved are the SATYALANCANA KARYA SATYA XX Years of Honor Certificate.

1. Perumusan Kebijakan Teknis Pelaksanaan, Pemberian Bimbingan, dan Pembinaan di Bidang Sistem dan Jaringan Informasi Kearsipan Nasional, Data dan Informasi, serta Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Sistem Kearsipan.
2. Pengendalian di Bidang Sistem dan Jaringan Informasi Kearsipan Nasional, Data dan Informasi, serta Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Sistem Kearsipan.
